SOUND BATH REFUND POLICY
 

If you need to cancel your ticket for the Sound Bath for any reason (including acute illness), please email us at soundmagicireland@gmail.com

The following policies apply:

 

AT least 48 Hours Before the Event:

  • You will receive a 50% refund of the total ticket fee, or

  • You may transfer the full ticket to another available session.

After 48 Hours Before the Event:

  • There is no refund available but in some cases, a full ticket transfer to another session may be offered, depending on availability on the morning of the future session. (If the session is not fully booked we will contact you to offer you the place )

Less Than 48 Hours Before the Event:

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Ticket Transfers to another person:

  • Tickets can be transferred to another individual, friend or family member. Please notify us before the session to update the ticket holder's name.

If you need to cancel your booking less than 48 hours before the session, we are rarely able to fill the space at such short notice. Due to the energy, time, travel, and financial costs involved in running the session, we are unable to provide refunds or transfers for late cancellations.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this allows us to continue providing a safe and high-quality experience for everyone. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to find someone to take your place and notify us in advance.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If we need to reschedule a session due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Government safety advice or travel restrictions

  • Weather warnings (Orange or Red alerts)

  • Power outages at the venue, or any unexpected, last-minute damage to the venue that enables us to host the session.

We will reschedule the session for a new date and notify you as soon as possible. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled session, we will offer alternative dates where possible and the option to transfer your ticket.

Please note: Refunds do not apply in cases of rescheduling due to safety concerns, government recommendations, or emergencies. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the well-being of all participants.

If Sound Magic Ireland cancels the session for personal reasons or lack of bookings, we will refund the full amount paid for the ticket.

*Ticket Safety Notice

For your safety, purchase tickets only through our official website or verified Eventbrite account. Be cautious of resellers on social media claiming to have tickets for sale. Always use official channels to ensure authenticity.

MASSAGE AND PRIVATE TREATMENT REFUND POLICY

  • Massage and private treatments can be cancelled 24 hours before the appointment with a full refund. Bookings cancelled with less than 24hours notice are subject to no refund.

RESIDENTIAL RETREATS CLIENT CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 

Please take note of the following terms and conditions that apply to all our residential retreats hosted in Ireland:

Deposit

  1. To secure your booking, we kindly request a deposit for your chosen retreat.

  2. This deposit is an essential step in securing your reservation and is non-refundable.

  3. The remaining balance must be settled through a bank transfer at least 2 weeks before the retreat's start date. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you comprehensive details and an invoice.

  4. While your deposit secures your place initially, please note that your spot will only be guaranteed if the full payment is received 2 weeks before the retreat commencement. Failure to make full payment may result in the forfeiture of your reservation, and the deposit remains non-refundable.

Cancellations and Refunds

  1. In the unfortunate event that a client needs to cancel their reservation up to 2 weeks before the retreat commencement, we regret that the deposit remains non-refundable. However, the remaining balance will be either returned or transferred to another available retreat.

  2. For cancellations made within 2 weeks of the retreat commencement, both the deposit and the remaining balance are non-refundable.

  3. We genuinely understand the unexpected challenges that may arise, and we extend our sympathy to those facing such circumstances. However, it is essential to emphasize that our policies are applied uniformly due to the unique nature of our events and securing accommodation. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds or reschedule bookings for any reason, including personal situations like illness, injury, or unforeseen events. We recommend purchasing travel or holiday insurance in case if you need to cancel because of illness or unforeseen circumstances. 

Day Retreats and Workshops – Client Cancellation

  1. Day Retreats and workshops require full payment at the time of booking.

  2. All bookings received for these events are non-refundable. However, we offer the flexibility to transfer your reservation up to one week before the event or credit it against another available event.

  3. Cancellations made less than a week before the event are both non-refundable and non-transferable.

COVID-19

  1. If Sound Magic Ireland ever finds it necessary to cancel an event or retreat due to government directives, health and safety concerns, or any other advisories, rest assured that we will promptly inform you via the email address you provided during booking. In such instances, you will reschedule the retreat or you will get a refund for the retreat, less the refund charges.

  2. However, if a client decides to cancel a retreat booking or needs to leave a retreat due to reasons directly related to COVID-19, our standard client cancellation policies will be applicable.

Cancellation by Sound Magic Ireland

 

  1. If, for any reason, Sound Magic Ireland is required to cancel a retreat, we will promptly notify you via the email address you provided during booking. In such circumstances, you will be presented with the choice of either receiving a full refund, including the deposit. If the cancellation is caused by illness or any circumstances out of our control, we reserve the right to notify you at the last minute. You will receive a discount code for your next retreat booked with us or a gift voucher for a sound bath relaxation session for two at any of our regular sessions.

  2. Given the unique nature of our retreats, we may find it necessary to cancel or reschedule an event if we do not have a sufficient number of participants who booked the accommodation. In such a case, we reserve the right to take this action. Rest assured, we will inform you of such a decision at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled start of the retreat. Your understanding and flexibility in such instances are greatly appreciated.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies, which enable us to offer the best possible experience to all our guests.
