Introduction to Mindfulness: Typically requires 5-8 sessions, tailored to your unique process. You will receive a consultation form via email to complete before our first session.
Each week, you’ll receive meditation recordings, relaxation music, and personalized mindfulness tips. I also provide written materials to support your practice and deepen your understanding.
Face-to-Face Sessions in Cong
For in-person sessions, additional relaxation techniques are available, including sound therapy, therapeutic massage, acupressure, and facial reflex therapy for stress and anxiety relief.
